FAQ

1.
Can I listen to these sessions while driving or doing other tasks?
No. Please do not use any Mind Rituals meditation sessions while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention. These sessions are designed to guide you into a deeply relaxed, semi-trance state, which can impair reaction time and focus. For your safety, always listen in a calm, distraction-free environment where you can fully let go.
2.
Do I need to believe in hypnosis for this to work?
Not at all. You don't need to "believe," just be open. These sessions guide your mind into a relaxed state where change becomes easier and more natural. Many users report results even if they were skeptical at first.
3.
What if I fall asleep during a session?
That's perfectly fine. Your subconscious is still listening. In fact, many changes happen below conscious awareness. You can always reinforce a session by revisiting it when fully awake.
4.
How often should I listen to each session?
We recommend listening to each session at least three times to fully integrate the shift. But feel free to repeat them as often as you feel the need—repetition strengthens the rewiring.
5.
Will this work if I've tried everything else?
This approach is different. It doesn't rely on willpower, rules, or restriction—it works by gently shifting the subconscious patterns behind cravings, emotional eating, and self-sabotage. For many users, it's the first thing that feels sustainable.
6.
Is this a replacement for therapy or medical treatment?
No. Mind Rituals is a self-guided tool for subconscious support, not a medical or therapeutic treatment. If you're struggling with an eating disorder or a health condition, please consult a professional.
7.
What if I don't feel different right away?
Change can be subtle at first. You may notice a softer inner voice, fewer urges, or a growing sense of calm. These small shifts build over time, and they matter. Stick with it. Your mind is listening.
8.
Do I need to sit or lie down during the sessions?
For best results, we recommend finding a quiet place with minimal distractions where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Headphones can enhance the experience, but they're not required.
